A lot of business owners arrive on this page ready to book and hesitate at the last second. Usually for one of two reasons: they've been burned by consultancy calls that turned into 45-minute pitches, or they want to talk it through with a partner, co-director, or operations lead first.
Both are fair. So here's the deal. This is 15 minutes. We ask about your business, you ask about ours, and we decide — together — whether a paid assessment is worth having. If anyone else in your business needs to be on the call, bring them. If it's easier to watch our 5-minute methodology video first, do that. Nothing on this page expires.
What this call isn't.
— It isn't a sales pitch. We won't read you a deck. If we can help, we'll say so. If we can't, we'll say that too, and point you toward something better.
— It isn't a prep exercise. You don't need to write anything down, fill anything in, or gather documents. Come as you are. We'll do the heavy lifting.
— It isn't a commitment. Nothing on this call obliges you to buy anything. Most calls end with us suggesting you go away and think about it — because that's the right answer.

Who this call is for.
This call is useful if you're running a UK service business, you've got somewhere between five and fifty people, and the question you keep coming back to is some version of: "Should I hire someone — or is there a smarter way to handle this?"
It's also useful if you've tried an AI tool, didn't get anywhere, and suspect the problem wasn't the tool — it was the lack of a plan. That's the exact gap we're built to close.
It's probably not the right call if you're looking for a one-off prompt-writing session, a ChatGPT tutorial, or a junior freelancer to build you a chatbot. We don't do any of those things — and we'll tell you honestly where to go instead.

Who am I actually going to speak to?
One of our two human co-founders — Carlene Nisbett (Sole Director) or Bear McBlack (Head of AI Strategy). Not a sales rep. Not a junior. You get the person who'd be running your engagement.
Will you record the call?
Only if you ask us to. Our default is no. If you'd like a transcript afterwards to share with a partner or team member, say so at the start and we'll enable it.
What if I'm not ready to commit to anything?
Good. Most people on this call aren't. The call exists specifically so you can gather the information you need before deciding anything. That's the whole point.
